The Hamilton and District Apartment Association, a non-profit organization, is believed to be one of the oldest landlord and property management associations in the Province of Ontario.

Our member landlords and property managers manage in excess of 30,000 units throughout Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford, Guelph, Mississauga, Oakville, St. Catharines and into the Niagara Peninsula.

As a supplier to the industry, membership in the HDAA offers you various means of communicating your message to our landlord members – your target market.  Please review our following membership packages and select the one that best meets your needs.

Silver Level                                                      $325 per year

  • Regular membership privileges
  • Associate member listing in newsletter (once annually) and on HDAA website
  • One 8 ½ x 11 brochure insert in the mail out of your choice – brochure supplied by the member to the association
  • Additional brochure insert in newsletter of choice (based on availability) – $200

Gold Level                                                       $525 per year Currently Sold Out

  • Exclusive level for up to 10 associates only
  • Regular membership privileges
  • One meeting sponsorship – evening shared with one other gold level member.  Mention in meeting notices in print and online. Mention at the meeting
  • Trade Show Table or booth space
  • Associate member listing in newsletter (once annually) and on website
  • One 8 ½ x 11 brochure insert in the mail out of your choice – brochure supplied by the member to the association
  • Logo placement throughout HDAA website – rotating with other gold level sponsors
