Our association is made up of property managers/owners/landlords and suppliers to our industry. We try to provide our members with support and information about changes in the industry as well as best practices for management.

Tangible membership benefits include invitations to all our events, a member rate for all of our events, newsletters five times a year and discounts. All memberships get the use of our Lease forms.  For most of our events if members wish to skip the dinner portion of the evening and only attend the speaker there is no charge. The intangible benefits include the lobbying work we do locally and also the networking which will help you meet suppliers as well as more experienced landlords and learn from them.
