Welcome

The Hamilton and District Apartment Association, a non-profit organization, was formed in the spring of 1960 and is believed to be one of the oldest landlord and property management associations in the Province of Ontario. It was first established to address landlord and property manager’s issues with the City of Hamilton and originally there were 6 members representing some 150 units. Since 1960, the Hamilton and District Apartment Association has grown significantly. Our member landlords and property managers manage in excess of 30,000 units throughout Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford, Guelph, Mississauga, Oakville, St. Catharines and into the Niagara Peninsula. The association is a highly respected organization and sought regularly by government, industry, media and the public.
