Don’t miss our January 14th Dinner Meeting as we welcome City of Hamilton staff for an important and timely discussion on the new Safe Apartment Buildings Program, which came into effect January 1st. This is a valuable opportunity for members to hear directly from City staff, gain clarity on compliance requirements, and ask questions about how the bylaw will impact your operations. We will also be sharing key updates on other municipal bylaws affecting the rental housing industry. Join us for an informative evening of insight, discussion, and networking with fellow members.

Our dinner meetings are a great opportunity to network, meet other housing providers as well as meet suppliers to the industry. We will also have our 50/50 draw with half of the proceeds going towards HDAA advocacy!
