March 11th Dinner Meeting

  • The Waterfront Centre 555 Bay Street North Hamilton, ON, L8L 1H1 Canada (map)

The HDAA is pleased to welcome Tony Irwin, President & CEO of Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) and Rental Housing Canada (RHC), as our featured speaker for our upcoming Dinner Meeting on March 11th.

This is a timely and important session for housing providers. Tony will deliver key provincial and federal updates impacting the rental housing industry, including the latest developments on Bill 60 and Bill 10 and what these changes mean for you and your operations, as well as Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) updates.

He will also provide valuable insight into Toronto’s RentTO program and how it compares to Hamilton’s new Safe Apartments By-law, helping members better understand what may be coming and how to prepare.

With ongoing legislative changes and increasing operational pressures, this is an essential opportunity to stay informed, ask questions, and gain clarity on the issues affecting rental housing providers today.

Our dinner meetings are also a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow housing providers, build relationships, and meet suppliers who support our industry. Plus, we’ll be hosting our 50/50 draw, with half of the proceeds going directly toward HDAA advocacy efforts.

Join us for an informative evening of insight, networking, and industry engagement. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our dinner registration deadline is March 5th at 12:00pm noon so make sure to register now!
